| [b]ok, j. cash's version is the best for sure. its really down to earth and honest. i love manson, but his version was too much for this song and the lyrics.

Well, DM wrote, sung and produced. I belive Johnny Cash was the first to Cover then Manson. Im not positive who was first, BUT IM positive it was DM who wrote and sung and produced this song. This is one of my favorites. My grandmother will argue you down that this is a Cash song, but she wont listen. Anywho.. I just wanna put in my Two cents..
