Christmas for Marylore
24-12-2007 20:13 | 0 comment(s)
Diadems After the short-lived Diadems, "Popstars" girlsband, one of the members, Marylore, is back this year. The singer performs a French version of Enya's "Orinoco Flow", renamed "C'Est Noël".

Revealed in the girlsband Diadems, from "Popstars Le Duel" in 2003 (70,000 albums & 200,000 singles sold), Marylore is back with a fantastic universe, with modern fairytales. Her music is between gothic, Celtic & variété.

The first single is a cover, that's the right time, "C'Est Noël". French adaptation of Enya's hit "Orinoco Flow" (N°16 in 1989).

Marylore is the third girl of the band to go solo. The first one, Ophélie Cassy, released a duet with the Italian singer Paolo Meneguzzi, "In Nome Dell' Amore" (N°10 in 2004) & another one with Jonatan Cerrada, on his second album, "Ne M'En Veux Pas". The second one, Pookie, played in the musical "Jo & Joséphine" with Grégori Baquet in Monaco last year & she played the part of Joséphine Baker (her role is currently taken by Aurélie Konaté in Paris).
