| 2 posts | rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal Song comment @ Not Ready To Make Nice I went to this website just because I was looking for the lyrics of this song (when I heard it on the radio the words sounded a lot different than this, to me- I thought it was something else so those who heard me when I was mad about this song please forgive me for hearing the words wrong and for what I thought the lyrics were, lol.). I got some of it right, at least. I don't think that this song is about the Iraq war or about George Bush. I think that it's about what's going through her mind and about her personal life. Some times when a certain thought goes through my heard I hear this song on the radio (I wonder why). Maybe it's just a coincidence. I really like the rythm and the melody and the intstruments but I don't like the words very much. I think that maybe the song is about people who are or who have been causing her trouble, from her point of view, but I could be wrong. |

| 13 posts | rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal Song comment @ Travelin' Soldier my brother likes the dixie chicks which is why they even exist on my comp. maybe that guy that said he didnt like dixie chicks was right about there being better songs about the army and stuff but thats not the point here. its about this song only, not comparing it to something else... anyway i really like it, the first time it came up on random play im like hmmm her voice is so high but ill listen to it and yeah i liked it. but yeah her voice is wayyy to high sometimes. kind of like that evanessence lady... but if u can bear ti its great |
