The lyrics of this album are genius. They all tie into each other. Here's the clif notes.
A man is having dreams about a girl dying (Strange Deja Vu). He goes to a hypnosist to find out what they mean (Regression). Exploring into the "scenes from his memory" he begins to anticipate each session more. Eventually he finds out the girl was killed and he tries to find out why. (Fatal Tragedy) He finds that she was having an affair with Guy B. Guy A (her guy) gets upset and is going to commit suicide. However, he confronts her, and it turns into an arguement, and he kills her by accident (Beyond this Life). Torn, he commits suicide, and they are found by Guy B.
Snap forward to the present. The man, having solved the mystery, visits her grave (Through her Eyes). He then takes what he's learned and finds more comfort in his own life (Home), but is still troubled (One Last Time). Through more dreams, he realizes that he is the reincarnated soul of the girl (The Spirit Carries On). However, Guy B reincarnated is the hypnosist. He figures out what is going on, and kills the man in revenge (Finally Free).
I don't know how well I explained it, I found a huge essay about it online once, and it did a much better job.
