Elsa Lunghini was born on May 20, 1973 in Paris, France. Her aunt is actress Marlène Jobert. Elsa became a music-lover thanks to her parents & played her first role at 7 with Romy Schneider & Lino Ventura in "Garde À Vue". In 1986, Régis Wargnier, the director of "La Femme De Ma Vie", asked Elsa to record the soundtrack : "T'En Va Pas". The song was a success & Elsa recorded her first album. She continued until 1992 (but she still participated to Les Enfoirés concert). In 1994, her son Luigi was born. After a critical success in 1996 with her album Chaque Jour Est Un Long Chemin, Elsa came back in TV films in 2002 : "La Mort Est Rousse" & "Trois Jours En Juin".
In 2004, she was back with her album De Lave Et De Sève, with songs written by Benjamin Biolay & Keren Ann & went on stage again. In 2006, the young woman released her first live album Connexions Live, 18 songs for fans' pleasure. In 2008, Elsa released her sixth album Elsa Lunghini, adding her full name on it. The 13 pop/folk songs were filled with emotion & sung by her nice voice. |
