1 posts | I think you can really hear Eminem starting to develop his signature style in this song. he was starting to add more complexities to his rhymes by rhyming more than just the last word of each sentence. I personally like the song Infinite more, I think the punchlines and lyrical structure is better, but this is still a good catchy tune for the mitten. I've read that the label Infinite was released on made Eminem maintain a more positive vibe in his lyrics and stay upbeat. If this is true then only adds to the fact that Eminem can do anything in any style and kill every time. If you listen to everything else that was released in '95-'96, nobody had a style like this. Again, not one of my favorites, but still a classic. DEEEEETROOOOOOOOIT!!!! |
