Feels like the weight of the world
Like God in Heaven gave me a turn
Don't cling to me, I swear I can't fix you
Still in the dark, can you fix me?
Freefall, freefall, all through life
If you love me, then let go of me
I won't be held down by who I used to be
She's nothing to me
Feels like the weight of the world
Like all my screaming has gone unheard
And oh I know you don't believe in me
Safe in the dark, how can you see?
Freefall, freefall, all through life
If you love me, then let go of me
I won't be held down by who I used to be
If you love me, then let go of me
I won't be held down by who I was
If you love me, then let go of me
I won't be held down by who I used to be

vocal This is definitely another one of my fav songs from the new album. I don't know, but when I listen to it, especially in the beginning, I find it has some sort of Egyptian feel to it (maybe it's just me, but anyone else care to support me on this? hehe), blended with Evanescence's unique Rock style, giving it an entirely different feel... that's why I love listening to it so much!
this is an amazing song... and the "if you love me then let go of me, i don't wanna be held down by who i used to be, she's nothing to me" i think i speak for a lot of teenage girls have or are feeling like this...
this is a fantastic paragraph, and i think this should be released as a single...
anyone else agree???

vocal This is a very good song. It pretty much is the counterpart song of "Everybody's Fool". The lyrics are not as poetic as she usually has her lyrics but it's still a good song. A cry to the fans to not cling to the "old evanescence".
