I'm not keen on the whole introspective "I feel guilty let's give a lot of money away" type song, and I don't think this is like that. This is reality. People like this don't need your pity. Yeah, some help would be nice, but like some people commented, they forget. Helping others is a lifestyle. it shouldn't take a song to wake you up and make you wanna do something nice for other people, at least more than once. Now that you know that others need help, do something about it. Volunteer. Work at a shelter. Do some kind of awareness teaching at a community center. We all have a lot to offer the world. It doesn't have to be cash, cause believe you me, it doesn't last long. Great song! |
