 With the re-release of Michael Jackson's album Thriller 25 years later, many "guests" appeared on remixes included on this album, like the new single "The Girl Is Mine"[/artist], featuring Will.I.Am. As for Fergie, she re-recorded [lyrics=886tlbb]"Beat It". Listen to a short clip !
Fergie from Black Eyed Peas convinced her friend Will.I.Am to sing a part of Michael Jackson's "Beat It" cover, because she's a fan of the hit.
"When I realised that nobody did it, I did it... Thriller was a great album for me. I just wanted it to sound like Michael Jackson, I simply imitated him" said the singer. Such originality !
The singer is waiting for Michael Jackson's reaction about her cover. "I talked to him on the phone, we're going to meet" she said.
