AboutFlorent Mothe is a French multi-instrumentalist & singer, born on May 13, 1981 in Argenteuil (Val-d'Oise), France. He started music at 7, playing many instruments : the flute, the piano, the bass, the synthesizer & the guitar. In 1996, he founded his first band Lost Smile, who went on tour in France & Germany. After his second band Ouija, he moved to Toronto, playing in bars.
Remarked by producers Dove Attia & Albert Cohen, Florent has been chosen to play Antonio Salieri, Mozart's rival, in the musical "Mozart L'Opéra Rock". The album came out in 2009. In January 2010, he won 2 NRJ Music Awards, "French Revelation" & "French Song" for "L'Assasymphonie". Signed to Warner Music France, he released his debut album Rock In Chair in April 2013.
