Starmania's 30th birthday

 Whereas fans of Michel Berger's musical have been waiting for this TV show, prepared by France Gall for months to celebrate "Starmania"'s 30th birthday, they have been disappointed when they knew the guests : Jenifer, Grégoire & Amel Bent...
"We wanted something else than former real TV contestants to pay tribute to "Starmania"" a fan said about the musical, created in 1978 by Michel Berger & Luc Plamondon.
France Gall prepared this tribute, which will be aired on April 24 on France 2. We know she's exacting with tributes to her late husband, we wanted something more than the guests : Jenifer, Grégoire, Amel Bent, Julien Doré, Christophe Willem, Nolwenn Leroy, Amandine Bourgeois from Nouvelle Star, the band from "Mozart" & Pauline ! They are loved by young people, but here's the question : looking for audience or desire to teach them Berger & Plamondon's songs ? We don't put the artists' talent into question, who can speak of this musical, those who played it or those who've known Michel Berger ?
With France Gall as the hostess of this "revival" show, we wanted more, with the original cast or those who followed them. Where have gone Nanette Workman, Roddy Julienne, Martine St-Clair, Isabelle Boulay, Bruno Pelletier, Jasmine Roy, Patsy Galland & Andy Cocq ? Anyway, Maurane, Renaud Hantson, Diane Dufresne & Peter Kingsbery should be there.
Anyway, aficionados would be disappointed. To be continued...
