It's a surprise kept by the singer before saying goodbye. He should have asked his former friend Andrew Ridgeley to come with him during his last 2 concerts, scheduled for August 24 & 25 at London's Earl Court.

Fans' dream could become true : the band formed by George Michael & Andrew Ridgeley in the 80's should come back on stage, during the last 2 concerts of "Too Funky" (N°5 in 1992) singer, on August 24 & 25 at London's Earl Court.

The 2 concerts will be the last chance to see George Michael on stage because he said he wouldn't go on tour anymore. They are named "The Final Two", like the last 2 concerts of his duet Wham! at Wembley in 1986, named "The Final". The 2 concerts should be recorded for the million-seller singer's last live DVD.

Real name Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou, he had an amazing career with 11 singles & 7 albums, all N°1 in British charts. He became known in 1981 with Wham! : the band got hits like "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" (N°17 in 1984), "Careless Whisper" (N°3 in 1984) & "Last Christmas". George Michael started his solo career in 1987 with his first album Faith, including hits "I Want Your Sex" (N°11 in 1987) & "One More Try" (N°5 in 1988). Then he recorded duets, "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me" (N°1 in 1992) with Elton John & "As" (N°27 in 1998) with Mary J. Blige. His 2 latest hits were "Freeek!" (N°7 in 2002) & "Amazing" (N°37 in 2004). An exceptionnal career.
