Shoe Shine is a type of haircut. When the top of your hair is died(usually bright blond) It is called shoe shine because of the way it is done at the hair Salon. The hair stylist will put hair on like a foil or something a rub it on your head like they way people shine shoes going back and forth. if u have seen Malcom in the middle the boy on the show named Reese has a shoe shine style hair
