i think this song is one of bests slow songs what Gorillaz have..   and the name, it say in spanish "Manjana" no "Manana" - is what most people think.  but ok... i read spanish in school so i can't say that you are WRONG! cose you din't know.. But i just wanted to say..  |

yes, straight "manana" means tomorrow and "la manana" is the morning.
in spanish anyway. mexican might be slighly different.
next to this, i have very difficulties to understand gorillaz lyrics. I guess somehow they are very abstract...

This is they're best album ever. Even my parents like it. El Manana though, wonderful song. Possibly the best. It reminds me of my girlfriend. Does anyone know the meaning of it or the story behind it? |

wow i just looked up the lyrics today...i thought he was talkin bout some baby that he didnt kno about and then he saw her one day then wanted the baby to be with him and not the mom...but u kno i wasnt listenin close enough maybe...i cant speak spanish so i dont kno wut its name means...but i love the song...it my fav... |

One of my favorites on the album. I love the keyboards and cello 
(WARNING: music video spoilers below)
But the video... I was so sad when the windmill was burning and it crashed... evil helicopters! It was kind of depressing, since the windmill-island is a symbol of happiness and naive-ness to the world... I just hope Noodle (the person on the island) is o.k...  I loved that windmill. |

First of all this is my opinion and i dont want all you 2d fans to be angry but the singing is somewhat lacking.i no its a sad/whateva song and this type a singin might add effect to the whole song but the singin is bad.... but i like the song anyway especially the vid but does any1 no if noodle actually dies innit?also i was dissapointed with the fsact that onli noodle and 2d star innit and wheres russel and murdoc eh?
2d might be the lead singer bt hed get nowhere the them.   |
