But in this song, its talking about JOS (Jesus of Suburbia) doing drugs with St. Jimmy and how he wants it to take his pain away. Novacaine is used to stop pain or numb it, so yeah. It makes sense. Anyways, very good CD. Green Day rocks, always have, and always will.
