 15 posts | Definitely one of better songs on Green Day's "21st Century Breakdown". Coming from an old school, classic rock afficienado like myself, I'd say this album is on the same level as the WHO's "Tommy" or "Quadrophrenia". The melodies are catchy as hell, the lyrics are brilliant, and the re-occuring hooks both in the vocals and the instrumental parts are as infectuous as a two dollar whore. Billie Joe, Mike & Tre have done it again with this follow-up to the "American Idiot" LP. Stellar stuff indeed! |
