Grégory Lemarchal was born on May 13, 1983 in La Tronche, France. His nicknames were Greg or P'tit Greg. He grew up with his parents, Pierre & Laurence, & his little sister Leslie in Sonnaz, near Chambéry, in France, despite his illness, cystic fibrosis, detected when he was 18 months old. However, he found a pleasure with acrobatic dance. In 1995, he became a champion of acrobatic rock. In 1998, he participated to "Graines De Star" without success, but he became a star, performing before artists in Chambéry. In 2004, he joined the casting for Star Academy fourth season & became the winner.
All started with his songs & his audience, his album Je Deviens Moi has been released in April 2005. Sadly, Grégory passed away on April 30, 2007. He was 23 & had an ephemere success. His posthumous album La Voix D'Un Ange came out 2 months later, selling 1 million copies. |

| Actually, he's had the breathing disorder since he was born. He was just diagnosed at 18 months. I should know. Not only do I have mucovisidose (cystic fibrosis) but I was born exactly 8 years after him, and diagnosed at 3 months. |
