Here are all the significant corrections to these lyrics. These are all 100% correct, trust me I know my pills.
"Three xannys down" = Xanax, anit-anxiety medicine often taken to get fucked up
"I'm poundin honey browns" = beer, in which he is 'pounding' or drinking fast
"Sniffin 'em when it's suitable" = Alot of people like to sniff painkillers.. including myself.. some however burn your nose to a point where its just not worth it.. these lyrics say "sniffin them with a suitable".. what is a suitable?
"hydro unless it's codone behind it" = 'hydro' and 'codone' together make 'hydrocodone' which is a painkiller
"turn the valium up" = just a saying, but valium is yet another pill similar to xanax
"Percocet" = corrected spelling, another painkiller
"Ativan" = corrected spelling, generic version of Xanax
"Klonopin" = corrected spelling, another anti-anxiety medicine similar to Xanax
"I'll eat 'til i'm born again" = just what he says, and actually makes sense
