| This song is the same as Simple Plan's "perfect" ! When Hedley played it in show I thought it was some sort of joke cause Simple Plan was playing after them. |

| I dont think anybody has realized what this song is actually about. Its not about a love/ obsession of a person but of a drug. That might explain why the song is called "Trip."

-To me, this is saying that he's addicted and knows this life of drugs will never follow through. Its slowly taking over his life.

-Finally a moment of clarity. He sees the impact of his actions but no matter how much he trys to quit, he cant stop his addiction.

-The "can you hear me?" is a cry for help because he cant stop on his own. He's lost hope in ever stopping.
This song is amazing and actually does have meaning other than some sad ass love song. A lot of people dont realize what they get themselves into and this song clearly states it. If people actually understood these lyrics, they could picture what this addiction does which would lead to the decision not to get involved or help somebody quit.
