and they are...a little history behind this song though. a guy named kenny ryan, used to be in the band. and this song is about him. he quit the band to go to school because his parents wanted him to attend his studies. kenny didn't want to go and niether did the band want him to go. Joe (lead singer) wrote this song saying DON"T GOOO!" and the line where it says, 'and the show goes on without you' they were talking about kenny. also, kenny was the one who said, "i'm sorry i'll be gone this summer" he meant that he had school. FOOD FOR THOUGHT! |
