i had a dream, and in my dream some guy told me to listen to the band "him" when i woke up...he said id really like them (i'd never heard of the band before then)
so i looked them up, and find this garbage.......damn......i used to have faith in my dreams, but now im not so sure.... |

ok...look font...first of all yoyu shouldn't come into a HIM discussion and talk shit about HIM, second if you new better you wouldn't because there's a lot of die hard HIM fans out there (including me) that would get pissed off about you saying shit. So, one hint of advice, SHUT THE FUCK UP ABOUT HIM BECAUSE YOU OBVIOUSLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM!
If you think they're about death and all that ohter gay shit you said, then just stop talking because obviously you have no idea how to interpret lyrics...anyways...I have better things to do than to rant on about someone who doesn't know what they're talking about (font) so I'm gonna end this here.
P.S. HIM= the best band ever

This is the first time in my life I have ever heard any human insult HIM. And it's definitely the first time I've heard them being bashed for their topics.
Hurray, so HIM isn't a happy-sunshiney rainbow-filled pop collaboration like you might like it to be. What do you expect? Isn't the album title "Dark Light" and the the heartagram symbol making that evident enough? And sure, if you don't like HIIM, then coolio. But you DON'T E-V-E-R call HIM "unoriginal." They are one of the most original bands I've had the pleasure of listening to, and probably have more poetic talent in their pinky nail than you have within every soul of your pathetic body. HIM is NOT about "cutting and crying." I know there are lots of stupid obnoxious emo bands out there that get more credit than they deserve (Simple Plan, Good Charlotte, Hawthorne Heights, Dashboard Confessional, etc.) but no being should ever THINK of comparing HIM to the likes of their "kind."
Their metaphors are beautifully dark, and that is what is great about them. And like somebody else says, unlike all the little gross quote-and-quote "rock bands" that are in the mainstream... HIM actually HAS words of SUBSTANCE.
So they're not the Pussycat Dolls.
Big. @#$%ing. Surprise.
HIM-haters who give reasons for disliking them like that person on the first page... get a life and get a taste for art. |

this song is really cool and has very deep lines (as usual in ville's lyrics) but it's not their best stuff. I miss the great rock of Razorblade romance and Love metal anyway, HIM rocks and so does the latest album |
