New single & label change

 IAM released a new single from their album Saison 5 & signed a new contract, not on Polydor anymore, but on AZ, Valéry Zeitoun's label. "Coupe Le Cake" is aired on radios.
IAM is a French rap band, from Marseille, founded in 1989, with 6 members : Akhenaton (Philippe Fragione), Shurik'N (Geoffrey Mussard), Freeman (Malek Brahmi), Kheops (Eric Mazel), Imhotep (Pascal Perez) & Kephren (François Mendy).
The band got known in 1994 with the hit "Le Mia" (N°1), followed by "Le Feu" (N°17), "L'Empire Du Côté Obscur" (N°14 in 1997), "Petit Frère" (N°50 in 1998) & "Independenza" (N°19 the same year).
Their new studio album Saison 5 was N°2 in France one week after its release in April 2007 : IAM have still faithful fans despite no hits for a decade.
The new single of the Marseille-based band "Coupe Le Cake" will be released on another label, going from Polydor to AZ (Chimène Badi, Grand Corps Malade, Koxie & recently Martin Rappeneau).
