yet another incubus masterpiece. i was not really a fan of "a crow left of the murder" but this whole album goes back to their roots and pulls out the best of incubus and it's exactly what i love about them. they have some beautifully mellow music with gorgeous head over heels lyrics and then they have their harder stuff and this whole record is in such great order. you start off and it like literally sweeps you away, like a tide. it arches and breaks and goes back in and calms down and then goes back out and then the wave crashes again and goes back in. and it's a beautiful crest of music. i love the way it was done. and this song is one of my favorites on the album.

love isn't perfect. yes yes yes. so effing true.
even diamonds start out as coal. the hardest rock, and generally constituted as the most precious and beautiful, it started out as coal. coal. the same stuff santa puts in your stocking if you're a bad kid. the stuff you dread turns into the most beautiful thing ever. and that is what love is. it scares you, and you fight with it and eventually it works out. not perfect, because even diamonds are flawed, but beautiful nonetheless.

a strong song from a fantastic album.......that you can DANCE to.
I don't care if you think they sold out, they are GREAT.
they always change and this alternative record you can DANCE to (in many places).
Move that ass!! :-D
Anyway, the song itself is good. The rhythm is nice but the melody, almost forgettable; not very noticeable. I don't think I'll be humming this like I do with Earth to Bella Pt. I. But I will be dancing to it "forever".....
The instruments are nice though. And the lyrics; playful.
he screams a LOT though. and he doesn't miss notes but you predict he just might.
BTW, Punchdrunk should have made the U.S. cut...
