this song is definitely my absolute favorite on their new album. this song has got it all. it's definitely going back to the old days of morning view and make yourself, maybe even as far back as s.c.i.e.n.c.e., etc... it's mellow at the same time as it's hard and powerful. "dig" is one of those songs that everyone can relate to, it's lyrics are easy, yet meaningful, and the melody is catchy and brandon's voice is gorgeous and the list goes on. the chorus is actually written in that chalk marker stuff that people put on windows or cars on my mirror. and i had been updating it weekly with lyrics or quotes that i really enjoyed, but it's been there for probably almost a year. i haven't found anything to top it. i'm a sucker for good quotes, and this is the most truthful and powerful, so i've left it. maybe some day incubus will outdo themselves and i'll have another quote haha. incubus has been my favorite band for many years now. at least 6 or 7. i've seen them twice in concert, and they never fail to impress. they are one of those bands that sounds incredible on their records, but they are mind blowing when you see them live. i can't wait for them to put out another album and up the ante one more time. |

20 posts | I first heard this song at 1:00 in the morning, when I was half asleep, but it stayed in my head for a week. That's when you know it's a good song. I've never listened to Incubus before this song, but after hearing so many good reviews, I'm all for Incubus!  I'm also in love with the lead singer's voice. Amazing. And the lyrics are awesome too. |

It's incredible how many different kinds of songs they have, for almost every situation and mood, yet they all are somewhat positive. I love this band so much. Thank you Incubus for another amazing song, with beautiful music, gorgeous vocals and clever lyrics. Plus this is one I think everyone can relate to.
