| hells yes, amazing album and song. most bands that have been around as long as the lords maiden concede to popluar music, but not iron maiden. and i agree, paschendale is amazing..one of the few excelent ones written by bruce |

it's about this guy who has an out of body experience, where his soul is dead, and he goes and dances prances and sings with the dead, then the dead start having a fight so he goes back to his body and legs it! and for the solo, who needs tabs, work it out by ear! i did! it is great fun. this song is without a doubt my favourite iron maiden song! my favourite 3 are all on this album! Dance of death,Paschendale(which should be spelt Passchendaele) and Rainmaker. not forgetting the amazingness of journeyman no more lies and monsegur. i find it fascinating that after all these years they can still produce such "insane-in-quality" heavy metal! my gosh. |

once again a VERY overlooked cd all of my maiden fan friends say they sold out on this cd but i have to disagree with them this song (along with the rest of them) is worthy of all 5s. |
