AboutJena Lee (real name Sylvia Elva García) is a French pianist & singer-songwriter, born on June 29, 1987 in Chile. Adopted by a French couple, she grew up in Oloron-Sainte-Marie. At 11, she started recording demos in English & at 15, she signed to Vital Song. In 2007, Jena Lee met producer Sulee B. Wax.
In 2009, Jena Lee released her debut album Vous Remercier, produced by Gaël Queffurus (Bustafunk). It sold 100,000 copies & the first single "J'Aimerais Tellement" has been N°1 during 11 weeks. She described herself as a "Emo R&B" artist. In 2010, she released her second album Ma Référence. It included singles like "US Boy" & "Mon Ange".
In 2011, Jena Lee took a break from her solo career, left Mercury France/Universal & founded the female duet Dirty Diary with Gia Martinelli.
