Johnny covers Gilbert Bécaud

 As the second single from his new album Tour 66, whereas Johnny Hallyday must go back to hospital because of health problems, the singer chose his cover of Gilbert Bécaud's "Et Maintenant" : listen to a short clip ! The singer, who'll be in hospital on November 25, also talks about the Polanski affair.
After "Joue Pas De Rock'N'Roll Pour Moi", Johnny Hallyday chose his cover of Gilbert Bécaud's "Et Maintenant" as the second single from his new live album Tour 66 (N°1 in October). The single has been sent to radios in studio version.

On November 16, the Blu-Ray & CD/DVD pack will be released : Tour 66.
The singer, who continues his tour until February 9 & 10, 2010 at Paris' Bercy, will go to hospital again on November 25 for a slipped disc, but according to "France-Soir", this second operation, that should be at Paris' American Hospital, should be linked to the singer's health problem, following the polyp that, according to himself, "should have become cancerous"...
Also, Johnny talked about the Polanski affair, he said : "32 years later, whereas the victim stops her complaints & this man changed his life, I tell myself that it has been unfair. It's a trap. Roman was 44, now he's 76. Let's give peace to this man ! I'm not her to judge, I don't know what he did. At that time, Polanski's wife, Sharon Tate, had been murdered & her child had been taken off her body. It's a horrible drama, it perturbed him too."
If the victim stopped her complaints, it's because she has been followed by press & she went into depression. Isn't it, Johnny ? Whereas the facts against the director seem right, is there any prescription 30 years later ? Can we allow all the crimes & will the justice be more clement, years later, the "victim" going to somewhere else ? To be continued...
