The Jonas Brothers Stumble At AMAs
| 27-11-2007 13:49 | 3 reaction(s) | add reaction | add news |
Teen pop sensations The Jonas Brothers were left literally on their knees at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday when a carefully-planned introduction took a stumble. As screaming fans bolted from the rear of the new Nokia Theater to the stage, the sibling trio appeared behind shattered glass frames - but the big opening seemed to knock singer Joe Jonas off balance.
He tripped on the frame and stumbled to his knees as the trio walked towards their microphones ironically, the song the boys picked to perform, SOS, featured the repeated line, 'It's like I'm walking on broken glass'. The group failed to impress with what appeared to be a poorly rehearsed performance, which ended as messily as it started - a burly bodyguard was forced to remove two over-zealous young female fans who managed to get up onto the stage.

| I'm proud of the boys... they performed well, but even though they love their fans, and they were only trying to include them, I think that that was probably a bad idea...
It did look not put together. But I'm not sure if that was their decision. It might've been the ama's.
and go big rob... btw. |
