I don't exactly have a translation but I did find this website that explains what the song is about. I totally agree with the author about the album.

wow this people don't understand the language and like the song. la cancion es muy bacana, lo mejor de juanes, es chevere verle una cancion a juanes q no tenga la mediocridad de rimar una palabra con la misma y q emberdad paresca una cancion y no un dialogo de todos los dias al que le pucieron ritmo

uh... no... this song is not about a person being in love. That's way too general. It's about a lot of different things, asking God ... it's a fairly political song, there are aspects of love...
