Julie & Cerrone in X Factor jury

The show "X Factor" that revealed Leona Lewis & Alexandra Burke in the UK, will have its French version from September on W9. Hosted by Alexandre Devoise, the jury members will be Julie Zenatti, Cerrone & Alain Lanty.

Whereas "X Factor" revealed singers Leona Lewis & Alexandra Burke in the UK, who will it be in France ? From September, W9 will launch the French version of this TV show. The jury has been revealed : Marc Cerrone, disco king & songwriter of "Supernature", Julie Zenatti, revealed by the musical "Notre-Dame De Paris" & Alain Lanty, former 90's singer ("Tant Bien Que Mal" in 1990 & "Vous Voudriez Vivre À Ma Place" in 1991) & composer for Johnny Hallyday, Vanessa Paradis, Renaud & the musical "Les Mille Et Une Vies D'Ali Baba"...

Unlike Nouvelle Star jury, those from "X Factor" won't set up blue or red lights. They'll coach the singers (in the UK version, Simon Cowell, current judge in "Britain's Got Talent", has been a jury member during 3 seasons).

The casting, currently open, is open to everyone from 16 years old, alone or with a band. The contestants will be divided in 3 categories : less than 25, more than 25 & bands. To be continued...
