| Kanye West is another example of what is wrong with America. I think Kanye's music is ridiculous, especially the lyrics and titles he chooses for his albums. Let's take college dropout as an example and analyze this for a second. Kanye dropped out of college because he was a coward- pure and simple- he couldn't hack it so let's not give him props because he made some money in the music industry. The fact is he failed in school and like so many youth, we think that is "cool" because he makes money selling crappy music. If you have ever heard the college dropout album, there is a section where Kanye makes fun of getting college degrees! No doubt Kanye has no friggin idea how difficult it is to get one of those and equally has no idea about how much extra money you can make when you have one of those. Sorry, not all of us are going to be famous rap artists- the rest of us have a life to live and college makes that life a a lot easier. Advocating dropping out of school is not only freakin' retarded, but it just goes to show you what idiots our kids are listening to. Kanye West is an IDIOT!
Anyone considering dropping out of college to pursue a career in rap music needs a reality check. If anything, pursue your dream part-time and use college as a backup plan in case things don't go according to plan.
