 Kardinal Offishall, Akon's protégé, is successful in the United States with his hit "Dangerous", from his album Not 4 Sale, released in France on October 13. Discover the video.
"Dangerous" is the hip-hop hit on top in the United States. Kardinal Offishall is a Canadian rapper, discovered by Akon & signed on his label. His album Not 4 Sale will be released in France on October 13.
With Akon singing the chorus & producing the song, the music is good for radio & dancefloor, but Kardinal Offishall's flow brings something more : a hip-hop sound, a R&B chorus & a ragga flow. Sean Paul added a verse on the remix of "Dangerous".
Born in Scarborough, Ontario & brought up by Jamaican parents, Kardinal Offishall started music at 12. After that, he changed his moniker Kool Aid into a more "French" name, inspired by Cardinal Richelieu (Louis XIII's Prime Minister).
