I love this song. It is actually my song for my beautiful 2 year old daughter. Surely it must be a lesbian song but any expression of love is beautiful and it still captures how I feel about my little girl! |

ok, first of all, kt is not a lesbian. she has a boyfriend that is a drummer in a band. and second, if the song does reflect homosexuality, is that really a big deal? its an amazing song, and it doesn't matter who it is about. reguardless of sexual orientation.
the point is the emotion she conveys in this song catches you off gaurd and you just fall in love with it.
and the person that didn't like the song because of its homosexual overtones,
grow up.

how is this song about homosexuality? seems to me she's singing about being inspired to be this amazing girl she sees coz she's in awe of her. it suddenly wakes her up and feels that this girl is someone she'd like to be like. but yeah.. catchy song and great to sing along to  |

| at first I thought it was a gay song but then when I read the lyrics slowly I realized that maybe she's talking about a model?
she sings she see her through the pages of a magazine...and then she's taller than most

maybe she talks about this model and that's what she want to be...

I first heard this song on the show 'So You Think You Can Dance' and I loved it!
I never would have thought this was about homosexuality at all before reading the other reactions. "Suddenly I see (Suddenly I see) this is what I want to be "... to me, that means she admires this girl and would love to be like her. Anyway, great song! Unbelievably catchy! I can't wait to buy this CD. |
