 Liane Foly (real name Eliane Falliex) was born on December 16, 1962 in Lyon, France. She spent her childhood between her parents' boutique & ballrooms where her family sang. Then she performed in piano-bars & a musician, André Manoukian, fell in love with the girl. Together they recorded some songs & proposed them to record companies, then, in 1988, Liane released her first album The Man I Love.
