| actually, mike wrote all the lyrics to breaking the habit, and chester wrote all the lyrics to easier to run, and everyone already knows that chester was a drug-addict, and he was addicted to HERIOIN(much like hes 'god' scott weiland of STP), and anyway, one our rights as fans is to be able to interpret the music to fit ourselves, is it not? read any LP interveiw, mike and chester say they purposely use common feelings in their songs to provoke the listeners to interperet the music differently. this song is great, but the concept of weakness just pisses me off. | | 30-07-2004 20:27 shand | 119 posts
