39 posts | This song is kind of like a theme song for me. I do try to avoid things when they get tough, and I admit that it is the easy way out. The lyrics really touch me, which is half the reason why I love this song so much. The whole song is an outline of depression and haunting memories. Very realistic song, many people could relate to it, I'm sure. I'm proven as one of them. |

I almost relate to all their texts, but this especially, it's almost like it's written by me. Sometimes I think of thaking all the shame to the grave, it's so much easier to run. I feel ashamed, I can't tell, it's locked inside. Nobody can ever see these wounds. I would rather take all the shame to the grave. Easier to run, replacing this pain with something numb. Retrace every wrong move that I made I would, is it my fault, and not his? Was I the one doing something wrong, if I had done something different it may not happened. These thought keep spinning in my head, but better not to think, so much easier to run |

It's so much easier to go Than face all this pain here all alone I really really Love this song.. I heard it for the first time last week.. (couldnt get the cd untill then) And i got trapped in the lyrics..
First i thought "Breaking The Habit" was the best son But now when i've heard this song i've changed.. I just got to say this song is SO great |
