 Linkup was the third band created by French "Popstars" in 2003. That year, the show was titled "The Duel". 2 bands, a boysband & a girlsband, were created, one of them would win. The boysband, Linkup, won the duel. The band members were Lionel Tim (Valence), Matthieu (Strasbourg) & Otis. Their first single, "Mon Etoile", has previously been sung in Spanish as "Si Los Angeles Se Rinden" : the song has been N°1 in the French Top 50 in December 2003.
