New single, Les Divas Du Dancing

Whereas her album Danse came out recently & while she still participates to TF1's "Danse Avec Les Stars", Lorie hopes that her new single "Les Divas Du Dancing", a cover of Philippe Cataldo's song from 1987, will be on top. Listen to it !

Even if the weather looks bad, Lorie brings us the sunshine with the 10 tracks from her new album Danse, released on October 8 via vente-privee.com. The young woman covered French summer songs in a Latin way. After Richard Cocciante's "Le Coup De Soleil", the singer announced on Twitter that the second single is "Les Divas Du Dancing".

Lorie's new version is very different from Philippe Cataldo's original, N°8 in 1987 & the singer hasn't heard about him before. "There are songs I discovered on the Net, I did a little search & found "Les Divas Du Dancing". Most often, they tell me "What ??? You don't know it !!". But when I listened to it, I told myself "Wow ! The melody is strong" & I chose it" "Dita" singer said to Pure Charts.

Now available on physical release since Monday (October 29), Lorie's album Danse will please to those who have loved "Sur Un Air Latino" (N°1 in 2003), "Ensorcelée" (N°13 in 2004) & "Parti Pour Zouker" (N°5 in 2006). She covered Niagara's "L'Amour À La Plage", Claude François' "Toi Et Le Soleil" & Brigitte Bardot's "Je Danse Donc Je Suis". On April 14, 2013, Lorie will perform at Paris' Olympia & before that, French viewers can see her favourite on TF1, in the dance contest "Danse Avec Les Stars", a hit for audience ratings.
