After the success of her first single "Assis Par Terre", written by Lionel Florence, Louisy Joseph continues the promotion of her album with a new song, "Mes Insomnies". Discover the video !
Aired for weeks on radios, "Mes Insomnies" is Louisy Joseph's new single (hit ?) after "Assis Par Terre", which sold 30,000 copies. During an interview in June, she said : "This is, for me, the follow-up of "Assis Par Terre". It suits me perfectly. I tell a lot of myself in it. I'd like to be alone from time to time. The problem is, it's not obvious...We're always alone, even in the crowd, but in our heads. Really alone, it's more difficult, so for me it starts at 3am, after concerts or work. So I'm an insomniac, and I need it..."
Former L5 member, from "Popstars" first season, Louisy started her solo career this year, with her first album La Saison Des Amours released on April 14. Some of you call her the "female Christophe Maé", as we know the man's exceptionnal success... "That's really nice because Christophe is talentful, but don't melt the 2 stories together ! We don't do the same... I'm a soul girl on some tracks, even if our music is fresh with a bit of "roots" for both of us. I think that people needed to breathe. My album is positive soul with a bit of reggae, but no pretention because reggae has greater lyrics" she said.
