Lol.. yeaaah.. no.
He's great as a producer, but it almost seems like he's regressing in terms of actually "rapping." Rather... the issue is the lyrics. He's aiming for perfection (there is such a thing), but he's not quite there yet. He coulda went harder with his words, but they get the message across. It's his partner I got a small problem with; Jeezy got potential, and he's perfect for this song. But HIS lyrics. Lol, i laugh when i think about it. I hate this fuckin Sodium rhyme. the only problem i got with that is the last line of that rhyme. "even let the feds get ya." irrelevant. I could deal with the other stuff afterwards though.
Good song though, its always in my head now. |
