You people are a perfect example of the misconceptions people have about Satanism. Satanism is not a devil worshipping religion. In Satanism there is no devil. The religion is a religion for one-self. It is to gain as much in power as possible by being true to yourself, and not letting anyone influence you or get in your way. He doesn't worship the devil what-so-ever. I just wanted to clear that up. And yes he is a reverend at The Church of Satan. But as I have already stated, You are way off on the true meaning of Satanism. It is by far the best religion in world. Free of corruption unless you yourself are corrupted. As for the song. The lyrics are very nicely done, and love how he makes this song unique by hitting that scream in the chorus. Manson is truly one of the greastest and most original artists we will ever see.

Manson might talk shit about god and satan, but thats only because he hates america and likes to piss off the conservative, redneck-ed masses that occupy it. oh, and this is a pretty good song. Brian Warner has done better though.

It's about how everyone has a "light side" and a "dark side", and saying to learn to embrace your dark side along with the light side. It can be looked at as attacking Christianity because "Christians" tend to only embrace the light side, and by only embracing one side, you become a tool for evil. So you could look at it as him saying the "christians" are evil. Great song by the way. Not as good as some of his others, but still awesome.
