| i love this song.........my cousin, taylor, said it was her favorite and she made me hear it. as soon as i did i fell in love with it. its so sad to see these things in our world and the worse part is it gets worse every year. i am touched by this song and i personally know a friend who can relate to this but thank god she didnt end up dead. |

| Yes I always look at the posts and stuff and see what people think i personnally know a young lady who outsung Martina she was really good and no joke she filled the auditorium with her voice she made me cry when i heard it
she even dedicated it to her friend who died beccause of abuse so like she is a good person and that made me wanna cheer out loud  for her to know that she cares about people and not herself |

[offtopic] it reminds me of the same problem a friend of mine had...she died too but she nvr got a statue

Concrete angel is an abolutely wonderful song. I feel bad for the little girl in this song because she was abussed a no one paid any attention to that. This song is hard for me to listen to because I know that does happen and did happen in my own family. My cousins were emotionally abussed for many years by their father. So was I. If I had a chance I would Thank Martina McBride for writing such a touching song.  |

Well it's either that or maybe she just found out that a lot of children are being abused and nobody stops it. She could also be trying to tell us that we should prevent this from happening to you and others. And this song is very touching. Whenever I hear it, I start to sing along. Also, the video to it is so sad!
I wonder how long it took Martina to make this song?
But one thing is for sure... I am in love with this song!
