Concert at Paris' Bercy tonight

 Tonight (November 18), Matt Pokora is performing at Paris' Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy for a unique concert, to present his album MP3 produced by Timbaland. Charts In France gave its advice.
The Strasbourg-born singer, whose new single "Danse Pour Moi" is aired on radios, to continue the promotion of his album MP3, re-released soon, is performing tonight at Paris' Bercy for a unique concert.
Starting with "Catch Me If You Can", the singer sang most of the album produced by Timbaland. Surrounded by 5 musicians & 3 backing vocalists, he performed during one hour, then he went closer to the stage, announcing an acoustic session, singing "Elle Me Contrôle" (his French hit) & a cover of Outkast's "Hey Ya !", with a lower rhythm. How could Matthieu encourage the crowd, with the cover of the American duet ? Then, he started to "goom" the crowd (his expression has been given by the newly created Goom Radio) thanks to "Forbidden Drive" (it could be an excellent single) with efficient moves & a vocoder-typed voice at the end of the song.
Few songs were in French, "De Retour" & "Sur Ma Route". Forget "Showbiz (The Battle)", "Pas Sans Toi", "Oh La La La (Sexy Miss)", "Mal De Guerre" & of course Linkup's hit "Mon Etoile". He sang "Quitte À Me Jouer" in English, named "I Loved You".
The singer said thank you to his label, his partners, his audience (he named it "his essence") & his dancers, in the VIP square (why were they there instead of being on stage ?).
The performer was more physical than vocal, with energy, he deserves to be recognised completely. Paris' Zénith should have given a more accessible audience (more than it was) & to make the atmosphere warmer, with more audience...
"We re-adapted songs & we planned sounds, arrangements... At the moment, I feel like getting better musically" he said during an interview in August.
