My Chemical Romance Biography
Based in New Jersey, My Chemical Romance got started in the early 2000s, when lead singer Gerard Way and drummer Matt Pelissier decided to try writing some songs together. The first tune that Way and Pelissier came up with was called "Skylines and Turnstiles". Way and Pelissier both felt good about the song, and Way asked guitarist Ray Toto if he would be interested in working with them. The song means to follow your dreams... thats wut they sed in the black parade is dead and FYI shut up and play is a song that has different lyrics then disenchanted..... it has the same notes played on guitar, bass, and drums. just different lyrics »
