It talks about Gimme drugs, and it tells you abiout manipulating your loved ones and hurting them. Furthermore they talk that you have to follow the band. The raise a following from outcasts and misfits, well not necessarily. They rather go to hell than go to purgatory. They raise and army of Ritalin taking kids, juvies, and misfits and outcasts. They say you are scum and say that if you follow them things will be better (implied threat). They advocate more harmful deeds, like killing yourself and other people, having no control, having no patience, excessive eating and doing things without thinking first. Doing bad thing mostly. I may be wrong on a couple things, and there are more bad deeds/things they advocate/support in the song, I think. And consider these people are pro's. They practise every day for 10 hours a day, I think. To be skilled you have to practise a lot with your band consistently, dilligently, every day. These guys know what they are doing. They are manipulating scum, outcasts and misfits. They are rallying them up for the dark side, whatever that may be. Probably going on a tour of destruction. 'Cause bad guys often destroy people, things, whatever, cheese. It's a damn good song though. Good vocals, magical guitar solo, good use of instruments, well trained bunch, carefully constructed lyrics, geniusly crafted atmosphere, great melody, and suberb rhythm.
