Paul Rein (real name Pauli Reinikainen) was born on May 20, 1965 in Sweden. In 1985, he released his 7" "Hold Back Your Love" (with the B-side "Ge Mej En Chans"), produced by Christer Sandelin, followed by the album Communicate in 1986. Another single from the album has been "Stop! (Give It Up)". In 1988, Paul participated to Melodifestivalen with the song "Bara Du Och Jag". With Johan Åberg, he co-wrote Christina Aguilera's "Come On Over (All I Want Is You)", from her debut album.
