The American Paula Abdul got successful in the 80's & 90's with her hits "Straight Up" & "Opposites Attract", then she became a member of "American Idol" jury. In December 2008, the singer is back, 12 years after her latest single, with a new one, "Dance Like There's No Tomorrow".
"Dance Like There's No Tomorrow" is Paula Abdul's new single, 12 years after her latest one. A pop urban song produced by Randy Jackson, included on the man's first album, Randy Jackson's Music Club Volume One (his concept recalls of Timbaland's Shock Value). More than an American hitmaker, the man is also a bassist, a singer & a member of "American Idol" jury, like Paula Abdul.
"Dance Like There's No Tomorrow" is the singer's first single since "Ain't Never Gonna Give You Up" in 1996. This duet with Randy Jackson has been successful in Canada, Romania & Singapore. And in France ? Also, Paula Abdul is currently working on her new album for next year.
The singer recorded her first album Forever Your Girl in 1988, including her first worldwide hit "Straight Up" (N°12 in 1989). The follow-ups were "Opposites Attract" (N°23 in 1990) & "Rush, Rush" (N°24 in 1991).
