Gosh, not even one mature major reply in this topic..
And that while this song is so great!!!
The drums are good, the guitarwork is far from bad and way close to perfect, the voice is absolutely great and I'm too  No, serious..
The lyrics are less good, but acceptable, I hope one day I'll make music as this band...
I do not know them that well, but I prefer to know them better, I'm working on it and I won't retire! 
I think this song should be played much more on our radio, this song is underestimated, though it should be close to overrated! Dang, such a crying shame!!!
I love this song, the chorus, the guitarsolo and the voice in particular! |

Guys this song is amazing, and the solo is one of the best ever....the words are good although the message is slighty morbid. Pearl Jam, who i listen to occasionally, is an amazing band and doesnt get enough props for this song. |

What a morbid song! But one of their best songs ever. How come Pearl Jam and all this good music, like Soundgarden, Nirvana are pushed aside by silly small wanna be bands like Staind, Good Charlotte and so on. I guess news get old pretty quickly for lot of people, when it comes to music, they tend to forget. Pearl Jam will nonetheless forever be inprinted in my music mind. Rock on Pearl! |

Dedicated this song to Kurt when he died. Good song none the less, but I think the whole dedication gives it a little more meaning (even though I thought Kurt was overrated, talented none the less). |

I pretty much agree with every post for this song, except I never have really liked Nirvana. This song is one of their best meaning wise, even though almost every song has some kind of meaning. Pearl Jam is the best band ever and they will never die!!!! |

Its because of songs like this, we love grunge.
