I didn't know it was about a book Cobain thats cool to know I'll look into it. What I really like about this song is the lyrics. It really sends a strong message about how we live.

Yea the book is about a gorilla trying to teach a human about how humans are destroying the earth and themselves. It's all about how we think the world belongs to us andtreat it as such. I recommend reading it. It's not the best style of writing but the ideas in it are very strong.

The song is great,, lyrics and the instrumentals are pure geniality but what about that music video?!? It`s soo well done, one of my favourites! To Pearl Jam and to whoever made that video

I love this song! Just the whole feeling it gives you and the style it's done in. Didn't know it was about a book though - I think I'm going to have to look into that!

I dont know if I have some wierd versions of this song, but in both my mp3 and my video, the lyrics goes: "I got a dick, in god i trust", instead of "I can kill 'cause in god I trust"...
