New video, Lisztomania

 Revealed in 2001 with their worldwide hit "If I Ever Feel Better", Frenchmen Phoenix just shot the video for their new single "Lisztomania" : discover it !
Whereas Phoenix has only one hit in France, Italy, Belgium & Switzerland, "If I Ever Feel Better" (N°12 in 2001), it's not the same in other countries, where "Everything Is Everything", "Run Run Run" & "Long Distance Call" have been successful in Germany, the Netherlands & Latin America, where the band has been on tour last year.
This spring 2009, the French band is back with their fourth album, Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, 3 years after It's Never Been Like That. "The title of our new album is sublime & grotesque at the same time !" guitarist Laurent Brancowitz said.
The second single from the album (after "1901" some weeks ago) is "Lisztomania", which video is available on deezer.com.

Produced by Philippe Zdar, the half of Cassius, & recorded in Paris, the album will be released on the independent label Loyauté on May 25, including the first single "1901" (available on their official site).
Phoenix members met in secondary school in Versailles. All music-lovers, they started playing together at 12. Phoenix was officially founded in 1995 & took its real name in 1997.
