6 posts | mrperson, your kidding me right? If you dont know this song is about Heroin, you seriously need to reconsider how to listen to the words of a song.
"Ok, just a little pin prick" That alone right there gives it away. 9 out of 10 Heroin addicts inject (or shot) it. Hence just a little pin prick. "There'll be no more AHHHHHH!!" Heroin is stronger then Morphine, its actually an illegal version of it, once then "shelf" life of heroin is over it basically reverts to morphine, so yeah there is NO pain after it starts hitting you. "But you may feel a little sick" As soon as heroin hits your system it starts making you feel sick to your stomach, its even made me puke quite a few times. But thats not it, everything through out the song describes exactly whats its like to be high on heroin, trust me, I know. If you think for a minute that I am advocating heroin use, your gravely mistaken, I am a RECOVERING heroin addict and dont wish that kind of hell upon even my worst enemy. If someone is going to go out and use heroin its not because a certain song is about it (and if it is that person seriously needs to stop listening to music) no if that person is going to use it its because they WANT to not because of a song.... |
