As is obvious, the lyrics are nothing to write home about, and the vocals aren't spectacular either. It's just a fun, catchy song, that's all, and in a year or two, no one will really care about it. So really, why come all this way to complain about it?
Wait, let me guess, why did I waste my time to reply to you, right? Don't assume I'm going to say something. That's...laughable. Hm, you seem to know that this song is nothing special. Why waste your time listening, then? And if you want fun, catchy songs, then pick something that is actually fun and catchy. There is a good (regrettably small) percentage of pop music out there that is catchy and worthy of the "just a listen" vibe you describe. Believe me, this is not one of those songs. It's a very sad excuse for a "rock" (lmao, can't even type that without laughing) song. And I "came all this way" (like it's a long way here?) to complain because I wanted to.  And because I can. |

I would figure that very little of us have a "life" since we are commenting on song lyrics on a website. We actually took the time to get accounts here and review songs. So I guess that says something about the "life" we are supposed to have. I get so frustrated when I hear music like this though. It's pure and utter crap. This isn't music. I guess you don't have to have writing skills to write a song anymore. "Let's see. What's another way to say hate? Er...duh...my vocabulary is limited. I'll just say 'really really really don't like'! LOL." Not to mention the whole basis of the song. "Dis grl didnt go w/ me so im going 2 h8te herr lol." Really smart, there, kid. And apparently, you don't have to have singing skills and much instrumental skills either. At this rate anyone could be a musician. I see these characteristics increasingly in bands such as 30 Seconds to Mars and Fall Out Boy. And millions of people flock to them like they are a monumental rock band. They are all shitty pop bands for adolescent, whiney, privileged kids looking for the new fad and a false identity. If you're over 13 and have half a brain, you wouldn't listen to this crap. |
